You evaluate customer requests in the context of a service-oriented processing taking into account the data protection law You take the consulting role for professional topics and support the executives, team leaders: both in the OSM area for legal questions in customer service You are also a contact person:in case of individual customer requests, and are consultative to set standards in customer communication You act as an interface to the legal department and take over the technical classification and assessment of legal requirements and give recommendations for action and keeps them according to You correspond in your role to our customers, lawyers, supervisors, contractors, authorities and institutions in the context of customer service

You have a degree in law (1st or 2nd State Exams) or in business law You bring first experience in customer communication and processing complaints and escalations in customer service You will surely correspond to law firms and legal bodies and meet the right sound Very good knowledge of the EU GDPR, general civil law and civil process law round off your profile, as well as master the current MS Office products You are a team player, work structured and organized and keeps a cool head even in challenging situations
