This is what awaits you as a specialist (m/w/d) in the sales service: General/Main Representatives and External Staff General office work / administrative tasks Cooperation with central personnel management Processing of contract matters of personnel management / material processing - including data inputs in the affected systems Processing of stock transfers Payment and booking in the context of the authorisation General correspondence Other general office work and administrative tasks

Clear written and oral expressiveness Knowledge of personnel management Knowledge of the relevant contractual and legal provisions and internal guidelines of the company are desirable. Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications, Knowledge of independent and employed external services Self-employed, targeted and performance-oriented, conscientious working Ability to work independently in new subject areas High load capacity Knowledge of the internal alliance structures and voting requirements are desirable
