Higher education in an engineering science, technical completion Heating/ventilation/Sanitary, construction or comparable Insufficient professional experience in costing, tendering, construction management and billing of construction projects Specific expertise of the rules of VDS and FM-Global, good knowledge in handling AutoCAD Motivated team player with safe occurrence, independent working, sense of responsibility, communication & enforcement strength Flowing German knowledge and basic knowledge of English
