Insurance Manager

Central interface between our facilities and insurance partners, agencies, brokers and insurers Organisation and coordination of all insurance-relevant processes in close cooperation with internal and external contact persons Support and management of the insurance contracts of the MEDIAN group of companies Germany, including framework contracts and individual institution contracts Accompanying premium and budget negotiations with agencies and brokers Examination of contract documents and premium accounts and preparation of financial accounting summary Own-responsible processing of inquiries from the facilities as well as compilation of correspondences, letter of information and confirmation of coverage Collection and continuous maintenance of insurance contracts in the contract database Creation, maintenance and further development of a meaningful insurance reporting, currently based on Excel, for different recipient groups Participation in strategic projects in insurance management, such as tenders, cover of insurance contracts and further development of reporting Analysis of the insurance portfolio of potential business accesses and monitoring of insurance-related integration after operations Integrating newly established subsidiaries into the existing insurance structure

Completed training as a merchant/buyer for insurance and financial investments, merchant/buyer for insurance and finance or comparable commercial training Ideally multi-year professional experience in insurance or insurance management knowledge of insurance; Experience in damage processing is advantageous Interest in a versatile and complex area of responsibility Embossed service and performance orientation as well as a structured and reliable operation Very good organizational, coordination and communication skills Team skills and social competence Number affinity and a good commercial understanding Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
