Technical and disciplinary management of the Department of Finance with currently five employees Strategic and forward-looking orientation and further development of the Department of Finance as well as compliance-relevant topics including digitalization and IT/softwaremodernisation Responsible for financial and accounting and ongoing accounting for all IRZ financing areas Responsible for budgetary management and the creation of budget and economic plans, control of re-initiation procedures Control of personnel cost planning and personnel cost control Competent for the production of proofs of use, for the financial statements and the audit of the financial statements, as well as for the control and monitoring of all types of audits Ensuring and further developing a rolling and meaningful financial reporting Preparation of opinions, analyses, presentations and reports for the Head of Central Services, Management and Boards of IRZ Development of appropriate guidance and guidance, cooperation with IRZ executives to comply with relevant regulations and development of appropriate processes, as well as communication and training models

Complete university studies (Master) in a relevant subject area (e.g. economics, business management) or comparable training and experience Further specialist specializations of advantage, e.g. financial accountants, balance sheet holders, tax specialist etc. Multiannual, relevant professional experience in financial and accounting, e.g. as team management / group management in the field of accounting / finance / controlling Knowledge and experience in public administration as well as regulations in the scope of the Federal Budget Regulation and the right to grant Experience in dealing with a common accounting software Experience in implementing and/or modernising software systems in the financial sector desirable High performance, resilience and solution-oriented action Willingness to work quickly into new tasks Excellent German knowledge of word and writing, due to the international work of the IRZ, good English knowledge is of advantage, Leadership and good communication skills at all operational levels
