Your new job leads you to the heart of our quality management, where you can coordinate, control and process customer, supplier and internal complaints for our works in Wolfratshausen, Lichtenau and Märstetten. With technical understanding and analytical sharpness, you can trace causes of errors, carry out structured investigations and derive sustainable solutions. In clear final statements or sound 8D reports, you create transparency for all parties involved. Define, monitor and evaluate storage measures to ensure quality in the long term and continuously improve our processes. With a secure view for numbers, you analyze complaints, evaluate quality indicators and prepare sound assessments for the management review. Last but not least, you conduct supplier audits from A to Z.

Training for the state-tested technician/in chemical engineering with additional qualification quality management, Bachelor in chemical engineering with focus on quality assurance, further education on the quality management officer (QMB) or quality manager (DGQ, TÜV etc.) or a similar technical-natur science background Experience in quality management and assurance / R&E, ISO 9001, PDCA cycle and 8D methodology German, very good English and ideally SAP knowledge Fun on occasional travel to production plants and suppliers A communication, negotiation and conflict-proof personality with intercultural competence and good analytical skills
