Your tasks Construction law creation – from pre-request to building permit – Creation and submission of the building preliminary request, including pre-determination with the building office – commissioning of the necessary technical planning and expert opinions, testing and working up of the contributions of specialist planners and experts – Creation of the complete building application planning in the house: drawing of the building templates in CAD and combining all technical contributions to a testable application – Submission of the building application as a building template – Processing of receivables and supplements, accompaniment to the start of construction Construction planning – Monitoring of building plan procedures from the drafting decision to the drafting decision – Ordering and controlling the planning offices in the B-Plan process – Voting with community, authorities and public authorities award, costs and project management – Procurement of planning and expert services: Request, compare, commission – Cost planning per project and ongoing cost control – Auditing and Audit Management – Project management: dates, milestones and interfaces across all stakeholders

– Studying architecture, urban planning, etc. – Design permission, registration in an architectural or engineering chamber – Less than 5+ years of professional experience in the performance phases 1–5 – You draw the building templates on the basis of technical planning & technical contributions yourself and bring together all information on a testable application – Security in building law procurement and construction planning – you know the process steps and can control a B-plan process autonomously and safely – If possible: Experience with projects and construction planning in the field according to § 35 BauGB – Experience in awarding and controlling external planners and experts – Secure in project management and cost planning – cost control, auditing and supplements are yours – Very safe handling of common CAD programs – Secure handling of Excel and MS Office – Structured, solution-oriented operation – Communication strong & independent
