Rent/Property Accountant - for our real estate portfolio (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the proper accounting of rental income and expenditure You are preparing and preparing debits and payments You support the creation of the annual cost accounting. You are responsible for the monthly target positions. You have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. accountant, real estate businessman/wife, merchant/wife of the property and housing industry, tax specialist employees good computer skills (MS-Office, Domus ERP software worth mentioning) multiannual professional experience in accounting and knowledge in land and housing good knowledge of German language systematic, organisational and responsible functioning
