Without you, nothing runs: you evaluate complex insurance and employer data, identify characteristic characteristics and patterns and make recommendations. Hand in hand: As a central savings partner (m/w/d), you are responsible for efficient and smooth cooperation between our specialist and IT experts. They also determine the requirements of our internal interfaces and 'translate'' the requirements for our IT. In order to create optimal solutions and efficient processes, your technological knowledge will guide future-oriented approaches to system support. Here you focus on digital possibilities and the end-to-end design. Progress through innovative solutions: You build new analysis platforms and implement methods and tools to continuously develop your responsibility.

completed studies of (economic) computer science or economics with IT focus or comparable qualification Network competency to communicate with a wide range of specialist departments as well as target group-oriented practical experience in requirements management, process analysis and deriving digitalisation approaches Experience in handling tools like Power BI pronounced analytical skills and experience in agile workings and methods Creativity for the “Blick über den Tellerrand” and strong persuasion and motivation
