Development Engineer Integration & Validation Light Systems (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Independently responsible commissioning and parameterization of control units and lighting functions in the vehicle environment
• Planning, implementation and documentation of testing and testing measures
• Analysis of communication errors at the bus level (e.g. CAN, Ethernet) incl. Trace recording and evaluation
• Coordination and coordination with suppliers, system partners and internal interfaces
• Creation and maintenance of test and test catalogs as well as tracking of errors up to release
• Participation in cross-disciplinary votes and technical bodies

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive environment
• Funded knowledge of E/E architecture (E3), CAN bus systems and diagnostic communication
• Experience with test and analysis tools (e.g. CANoe, CANape) as well as carrying out vehicle testing
• Class B licence required
