In the course of a post-occupation, we are looking for a team leader Accounting and Controlling (m/w/d), who takes over the overall responsibility for accounting and controlling, as well as in the regular exchange of the management and the shareholders reportet and acts as a savings partner.

We are looking for candidates (m/w/d) with profound knowledge in controlling as well as financial and accounting. Candidates (m/w/d), who have already been involved in leadership experience, are as happy to see people who are technically comprehensively positioned and want to develop into their first guide role. Knowledge of personal accounting is desirable.

• You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team (< 5 MA) in financial and wage accounting • You are responsible for and creating reports, forecasts and control the KPIs together with the responsible managers within the holding company • You control and optimize cash, liquidity and receivable management • You carry out monthly pay bills in representation situations • You take over communication with financial authorities, tax advisors and banks • You are in close cooperation with direct line of report to the management and shareholders • You design IT and digitalization projects in the financial sector

• You have a degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting / controlling / finance or a comparable commercial qualification • You have several years of experience in accounting and controlling a medium-sized company and ideally first leadership experience • You bring good knowledge in payroll accounting • You use your enthusiasm for numbers to create reports, control instruments and controlling tools • You bring a structured, analytical manner and a high sense of responsibility in handling financial data with • You are strong in communication, team-oriented and are ideally safe to use with DATEV or dare to get involved quickly
