Under the umbrella “Inclusive Gastronomy” we operate a large kitchen (IN VIA – Food for Children), a canteen, a bistro and a catering and conference service. We work in mixed teams of people with and without disabilities. In the canteen of the Diözesan-Caritasverband (DiCV) Köln on Georgstraße we prepare catering for various occasions and today up to 70 lunches for employees. One focus is the conference service for DiCV events. We are looking for a kitchen help with the focus on catering and conference services – inclusiv – (w/m/d) with 19.5 hours per week (Monday-freitags).

Your tasks: • Prepare and arrange cold and hot dishes according to recipe • portioning (measure, weigh, count) • washing and cleaning • Working in the operating restaurant: pick up orders, serve food and beverages, if necessary • Care for conference rooms, catering buffets and guests • Cover, clean and clean the tables • Keep HACCP hygiene and IN VIA quality standards

Take this with you: • Completion: Professional trainee*in kitchen (cook)/housekeeping/catering/service desired or experience in the fields of cuisine, gastronomy, service • Interest in working with food and hygiene • Ready-to-use and physical loadability • Reliability and care • Team skills with interest and joy in working together in a mixed team • willingness to work in different areas of work and locations and to act independently
