You develop and evaluate technical solutions taking into account operational safety, economic viability and sustainability, and develop policy guidelines for the management of building management. You analyze and edit topics at the interfaces between heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, building automation and general technical infrastructure. You advise on faults, technical escalations and recurring damage images and assist in acceptances and the evaluation of technical supplements and changes. You carry out plausibility checks of planning, advice and concepts of external engineering offices and service providers in all HOAI performance phases. You develop and optimize technical standards as well as best practices and work on complex technical special topics in the field of TGA and technical infrastructure.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering, facility management or a comparable technical discipline; Alternatively, you have completed a technical training and can prove a master or technician degree with many years of relevant professional experience. You provide a strong understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability and technical optimization. You have good knowledge of cost, risk and economic considerations. The safe handling of technical documentation, planning documents and digital facility management systems makes you a sovereign contact person (m/w/d) at management and specialist level. Cross-company understanding of technical building equipment completes your profile.
