Implementation of psychodynamic group and individual therapies and crisis interventions Weekly group and single-supervisions in a learning-oriented, valuable framework Participation in trauma-focused therapy offering with qualified support Integration into the service system (compensation according to stage III) Regular team meetings and collegial exchange in the multi-professional team
