We are looking for you to take care of 3 children or adolescents aged 4 to 20 years in an animal-protected, family-integrated group with an inclusive character.

♪ These are your tasks as a social education specialist (d/m/w):

• You see individual people with their individual needs, interests and potentials and encourage them to meet their personality
• You are motivating and intensifying to people: whether in the design of everyday life, care and leisure activities
• You are a reliable contact person for children and young people in the housing group as well as for the persons, institutions and authorities involved.
• You document your work, participate in team sessions and are ready to continue training

♪ You bring this as a social pedagogical specialist (d/m/w):

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and promote each client's individual, regardless of background and needs
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
• You bring your creative, sporting and musical talents to the care of children and young people
• You have organizational skills and fun to implement them in the management of the family (organization of everyday life, planning travel, everyday practice activities such as shopping, cooking etc.)
• You can react flexibly to unforeseen and master tasks with humour and enforcement
• You are ready and able to engage in long-term relationships with the children and young people to be cared for
• You are not an animal hair allergy and no fear of animals
