You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a team in network operation for the cable network in Freiburg and the surrounding area Safe and trouble-free network operation You are responsible for the deployment planning of your team including Standby service You connect operational leadership with strategic development and coach your team to high self-responsibility and self-organisation You optimierst systems and processes, increase data quality and research the digitization and standardization of our technical processes

You have a technical training with further training as a master/technician or a study in the field of electrical engineering/energy technology You have experience in the operation, maintenance and construction of electricity networks You know relevant rules (e.g. VDE) and requirements in the power grid and, through your expertise, ensure technical safety You are convinced by a strong communication strength and are delighted to make changes active and to develop solutions together in the team You bring leadership experience or strong leadership potential as well as decision strength Commitment, sense of responsibility and the willingness to provide sustainable impulses with expertise and your leadership style
