What awaits you You are the central contact person for our employees as well as partners and executives in Düsseldorf and Cologne and accompany the entire employee life cycle – from successful onboarding to exit You play an active role in performance and talent management and support the further development of our employees You coordinate the annual salary and bonus process and tax it independently You are a trusting point of contact in challenging situations and support constructive and sustainable solutions together You actively shape HR projects and take responsibility for individual topics

What makes you You have an economic or social science degree with a reference to HR or a comparable training You've met the HR world in various contexts, and you've come back to already gained professional experience You like to work with people and create an open and value-adding collaboration that contributes to a positive employee experience You work very closely and have an eye for details.
