For the growth of the company, we are looking for you as a staff consultant / personnel officer (m/w/d) with experience in preparing wage accounting. In this function, you actively shape the future of employees and are responsible for the preparatory payroll processes in cooperation with a tax advisor. (SKA/128146)

Coordination of applicant management and organisation of interviews Care and advice of employees in all personal questions Creation of labour law documents (e.g. employment contracts, certificates) Support for training issues and training topics Support of time recording systems and preparation of monthly wage and salary accounting with DATEV Cooperation with the external tax consultant for all accounting topics

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel or comparable studies Insufficient professional experience in the field of personal care and preparatory wage accounting DATEV identifiers Experience with Personio is desirable, but no requirement Good knowledge of labour law and HR processes Careful, structured and service-oriented operation Communication strength, discretion and team spirit
