Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management of real estate projects, ideally in the real estate environment Knowledge of property processes and strategic project development Good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB and MS Project as well as very good German knowledge of word and writing, good English skills desirable readiness to project-dependent travel Analytical thinking, communication strength and convincing appearance Experience in market management, acquisition and network work
