We are looking for:

Head of Operational Staff

You are responsible for the strategic development of their department in cooperation with our subsidiaries (m/w/d) and Wagenmeister (m/w/d) and determine the training needs in cooperation with our European Safety Management You are responsible for the acquisition of external drivers (m/w/d) within the framework of employee transfers and through cooperation with other service providers and conduct independently interviews with internal and external candidates (m/w/d) You have budget responsibility and take over the reporting

You have a successfully completed vocational training for the railway operator (m/w/d) in the service, department locomotive driver (m/w/d) and transport, training at an EVU in Germany to the driver (m/w/d) class 3 according to VDV-Schrift 753 or according to the driver's license regulation (TN) of classes A and B, alternatively, a driver's license after valid VDV TN or a qualification as a master for railway transport (IHK), specialist for logistics or a completed study of logistics You have several years of experience in managing employees and at least first experience in managing executives You are resilient and team-capable and enjoy a varied activity in a dynamic environment You have knowledge of the handling of hazardous goods as other responsible person in accordance with GGVSEB and goods as other personnel in accordance with the Disposal Industry Regulation (EfbV) You can demonstrate the psychological suitability according to the driving licence regulation (TN) You have very good German and ideally good English skills
