IT-Manager (m/w/d)

In the course of growth and in the background of continuous digitization, we occupy a position as ERP manager (m/w/d) with responsibility for managing internal IT projects and professional leadership responsibility for around 30 key users. As an interface between the IT department and the respective departments, you understand the continuous improvement process as a core task and are responsible for the optimization and implementation of new processes in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud. In addition, you take over the project responsibility for the ongoing SAP S/4 HANA transformation.

You are responsible for the continuous optimization of workflows, processes and structures in the IT landscape You report directly to the management and work with strategic questions You are responsible for the systems and their interfaces throughout the group (from 2026 SAP S/4 HANA) As a professionally responsible manager of 30 key users at 6 locations, you act as a project management interface between IT and the departments You actively identify optimization potentials and drive digitization projects

Successfully completed studies focusing on business management, computer science, business informatics, IT, system integration, digitalization, software development, process management or a comparable qualification User knowledge in handling modern ERP systems Experience in using SAP S/4 HANA desirable, alternative experience in using older SAP versions Several years of professional experience in IT project management Ideally experience in implementing SAP or other ERP systems (no experience required in development or customizing)
