You will set up operating expenses for our facilities with special billing situations and release operating expenses after the plausibility check You are a contact person for complaints of operating expenses You are advising our facilities in legal matters In case of need, you participate in tenant meetings You are responsible for the construction and optimization of our properties with the required measurement equipment and take over the communication with our heat service providers You take the rental increase management /the rental calculation for our occupants apartments You enter into our rental and lease contracts

Study or completed training in the real estate industry or comparable Knowledge of rental and property rights in the area of cost accounting Team spirit, sense of responsibility and human values as motivation
