Club Management Studio Fitness (m/f/d)

You take over the management of the studio fitness club In doing so, you are responsible for implementing the corporate objectives and strategy Our customers offer the best possible service, strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers Your staff: inside you are important, you develop and guide them and at the same time ensure that You feel comfortable in the studio You carry out sales promotion measures and are competent contact persons (m/w/d) for customers and interested parties in all questions regarding the studio and membership area You contribute through creative and strategic measures to increase member satisfaction You can also count on your support in operational business

You have a completed training, like in sports Fitness and/or health industry – but we also give a chance to cross-comers For example, you are a sports and fitness professional, fitness instructor (m/w/d) Professional experience on sale is desirable Ideally, you already have experience in team leadership In addition to entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you are characterized by high customer orientation and decision-making strength You have a great talent for planning and organization You like daily contact with people and it is easy to show you empathy
