You'll process projects on balance sheet issues within our Financial Reporting division. In your project team, you can support our clients, for example, in the following interdisciplinary topics: conversions of accounting to IFRS/US-GAAP. Comprehensive support for corporate transactions (M&A Deals, IPOs, Carve Outs, Pro-Forma Financial Information). Creation of IFRS and HGB consolidated financial statements and support of enforcement procedures. Development of solutions for complex issues of national and international accounting.

You are responsible for the project management and operational implementation and in close cooperation with the (Senior) Manager, Director or the Partner/Continuous contact person for our clients. You take first personnel responsibility for younger colleagues and support managers and partners in acquisition activities on existing mandates. If you want to participate in specialist publications or studies, or prepare innovative topics, we look forward to your additional commitment.

You have completed your Master's degree with good success and brings at least three years of professional experience in auditing, consulting or an industrial company. You are passionate about the project business and have experience in auditing, financial advisory, or in the Accounting or Group Reporting department of an ideally capital market-oriented industrial company, as well as good knowledge about IFRS, US-GAAP, HGB and/or reporting. You have guided projects independently and you have the pleasure of leading less experienced colleagues. You value mutual support and are willing to engage in the client's wishes. You can handle MS Excel and MS PowerPoint very well. In continuous exchange with colleagues and clients, you can communicate fluently in German and English.
