These are your tasks:

Control of public regulatory approval procedures in accordance with Federal Immission Protection Act, Building Code and other relevant laws Selection and control of expert experts, for example for mapping and environmental assessments Creation of application documents for approvals Coordination and monitoring of approval processes with the competent authorities Examination of changing legal frameworks and their impact on existing installations and projects

Complete study in the field of environmental, landscape or spatial planning, geoecology, ecology, biology, renewable energies, geography or comparable Professional experience in approval management, project management of renewable energies/infrastructure projects or in municipal landscape planning knowledge in the handling of planning processes (by BImSchG, Bauleitplanung) or in the processing of environmental expert opinions such as UVP reports, scenic accompanying plans or expert contributions Interest in legal issues relating to authorisations and nature conservation Almost native German (C2 level) and very good English (B2 level) Class B licence and occasional readiness to travel within Germany
