You support seminar preparation and preparation by managing registrations, coordinating hotel bookings and preparing documents and rooms During the seminars you are contact person (m/w/d) for the seminar participants and the speakers You support the planning and implementation of the training offer for the coming year You work with our learning management system

You study economic psychology, adult education or a comparable degree course You are an organizational talent and are able to keep in mind details even with high work volume Ideally, you have already had first experience in dealing with learning management systems or gathering the organization of seminars You live customer orientation, accuracy and are strong communication You are characterized by friendliness, liability, flexibility and loyalty You want to work 20 hours/week
