Project Management Building Pollutants (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management of customer projects in the area of building waste. With your professional expertise, you will explore buildings for pollutants such as asbestos, KMF, PCB and PAK. You will create offers, research concepts, performance directories and expert opinions on your own, and you will bring your experience in a targeted way. When planning pollutant remedies, you develop appropriate measures and accompany their implementation in the construction line. Existing business relationships with customers you actively support and expand them. As part of the construction site service, you will check the dimensions, invoices and supplements and keeps in mind quality and cost-effectiveness.

Your technical background is based on a completed degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or chemical engineering, geosciences, natural sciences or a comparable qualification. You could already gain practical experience in project processing with the focus on building materials. Organisational and communication strength as well as team capacity are yours. Interest in customer support and ideally first experiences in the acquisition of new projects are your profile. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) you are sure to use in everyday professional life. Travel readiness and a class B driving licence complete your profile.
