Consultant – Grant Management (m/f/d)

You will find suitable funding programs (EU and national) and check project ideas for eligibility – pragmatically and with a view to success. You advise our customers in particular in the mobility environment and are Sparringspartner*in from the first idea to the implementation. You create project applications independently (incl. budget/calculation) and accompany the projects administratively and economically over the runtime. You support the controlling in support projects and take care of medium-call calls and bills of cost-effective – timely and comprehensible. You clarify funding issues and help identify eligible costs correctly and comprehensible. You act as an interface between project teams, customers and funding points and accompany queries until clarification. You keep project documents clean, provide information in a comprehensible way and create texts as well as presentations for internal and external purposes.

Complete university studies (e.g. economic, political or social sciences) or a comparable qualification – alternatively a completed training with relevant professional experience, e.g. on the side of a grantor. First to multi-year experience in funding management – ideally related to EU funding projects, but also national programmes are familiar to you. You like to work at the interface of numbers, administration and project practice and feel comfortable in third-party funding/funding projects. Very good communication skills in word and writing – clear, structured and addressable. Very good knowledge of English to securely edit EU documents and to conduct voting professionally. Own-sponsored and structured functioning as well as pronounced analytical skills. Teamability and a high level of customer and service orientation.
