Responsibly support our globally decentralized organizational units around the topic of time management and deployment planning. In addition to the configuration of working time models, the creation of requirements analyses and implementation concepts is one of your tasks. In addition, you are competent contact persons for our decentralized keyusers and act as a direct interface to our system suppliers. The creation of process descriptions and other relevant documents is also within your responsibility. Last but not least, organize trainings and perform these.

They have a completed commercial or technical training and already have professional experience in the field of personnel or IT. Ideally, you have already come into contact with the time economy or personnel deployment planning and have gained initial experience in project management. With the applications of Microsoft Office, you are familiar with yourself and are trained in dealing with time management and personnel deployment systems (ideally Atoss & Workday). As a strong team player, you can convince with your hands-on mentality. In addition, you will score points with your structured, independent and service-oriented work. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (further languages desired) complete your profile.
