Cybersecurity expert in the field of waste management and commercial vehicles (m/f/d)

Development, implementation and continuous development of the cybersecurity strategy for vehicle and system components and digital services taking into account the UN R155/R156 and relevant standards (including ISO 21434, ISO 24089) Building, maintaining and developing the Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) and ensuring compliance with national and international cybersecurity requirements Conducting Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA), Identification and Assessment of Vulnerabilities and Priority of Cyber Risk Assessments Conception, implementation and continuous optimization of technical security measures to reduce cyber risks and adapt to new threats and technologies Control of the cybersecurity interfaces to chassis OEMs, suppliers and internal departments as well as close cooperation with development, IT, production, service and homologation at international locations Development and development of processes for the detection, evaluation and processing of cybersecurity incidents and coordination of appropriate measures in the incident case Implementation of training and awareness measures to promote sustainable cybersecurity culture in the company Creation and maintenance of the required cybersecurity documentation as well as regular reporting to management and stakeholders on security status, risks and needs

Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) in the field of automotive cybersecurity as well as good knowledge of OEM landscape, processes and requirements Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (including UN R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434) and experience in their practical implementation Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Threat Modeling, Security Architectures and Development of Technical Cybersecurity Solutions Good knowledge of vehicle networking, embedded systems, cryptography, telematics and connectivity Complete study of computer science, IT, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline, alternatively an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience Communication strength as well as the ability to convey technical content to different target groups (e.g. management, development or OEMs) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further foreign languages, for example Polish or French, are advantageous Hands-on mentality, readiness to travel and ideally certifications in the field of product cybersecurity
