The aim of our Reha-Assesment area is to help people with physical and/or mental impairments through practical testing and further tests to develop a professional desire that is realistic and corresponds to personal interests and skills. For this purpose, we offer, among other things, multi-week training measures. The following activities focus on: Instructions for performing arts and commercial exercises Evaluation and assessment of the work samples produced Create written results reports Communication of professional information Organisation and monitoring of suitability and work experience measures Cooperation with other professionals of the multidisciplinary team of the Reha-Assesment

Complete industrial or craft training is a prerequisite. A technical development or a further development of the farmer is desirable Multiannual professional experience; Experience in working with disabled or health-handicapted people is desirable Knowledge necessary for MS Office Knowledge of electrotechnical programming or CAD is advantageous
