Your tasks: • Ensure operational readiness and quality of services provided to our customers • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support and ensuring a stable application environment for the customer • Consumption and processing of ticket enquiries to incidents and services • Management and operation of the workplace and server management infrastructure using Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Intune • Planning, implementation and testing of security updates and release changes, including coordination with customers and specialist departments • Creating documentation and writing articles for the knowledge database

Your qualifications: (m/w/d) in the field of IT, for example as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, IT system business (m/w/d) or IT system electronics (m/w/d) • Practical experience and knowledge in Windows 7 and 10 operating systems • Funded knowledge of the current MS Office applications and Microsoft Office 365 • Safe handling of a professional trouble ticket system • Basic knowledge of the network and process knowledge according to ITIL V3 • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) • Active Directory knowledge • Experience in on-site support or in user helpdesk
