Project Manager Technical Customer Service (a*)

You ensure the proper handling of faults and secure network operation – with a special focus on gas and powerhouse connections as well as initial security. In addition, you will take over the professional management and control of around 20 employees and trainees and ensure efficient deployment planning. Regular and professional testing of gas and powerhouse connections is guaranteed and guarantees compliance with the recognised rules of technology. In close cooperation with other disciplines, you establish uniform work processes and successfully implement common goals. You actively shape your area of responsibility through clear processes and through technically innovative and practical solutions to increase efficiency and work quality. You are responsible for managing third-party transactions on the external market. You also take responsibility for creating performance directories, as well as preparing and accompanying frame orders. You are actively driving forward the further development of the team in terms of secure network operation with the media natural gas, hydrogen and electricity. During training, instruction and the equipment of employees in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and technology, you will take part and ensure complete documentation. In addition, you support the planning, control and compliance of the allocated budgets and participate in the development of the investment and maintenance strategy.

You have a completed qualification as master or technician with technical discipline. In the area of fault management and gas installation, you have well-founded technical expertise. You already bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position. For technical innovations, you are inspiring and able to successfully put them into practice together with your team. Your strong communication strength, your positive appearance and your enforcing ability are yours. You think and trade entrepreneurial and like to take responsibility. With DV applications such as MS Office, SAP and Inform, you are sure and routined. You also have a valid passenger car license.
