You take over the independent implementation of the reserved activities in care. You analyze and ensure the quality of care to ensure the best possible care. You advise clients: both competent and sensitive. You correctly execute medical regulations and create an individual care documentation in the MediFox system. You plead the contact with our clients: in addition, you support them in managing personal affairs. You attend medical examinations and, if you are interested, take more responsibility after the trial period, up to the residential area management.

You have a completed training as a state-recognized elderly caregiver, health caregiver or care professional. Ideally, you bring experience in old care, especially in the area of dementia or palliative care. You have good knowledge of nursing standards and are versed in handling digital documentation systems such as MediFox. Empathy, communication strength, and the ability to self-organise characterize you. You are team-oriented and ready to work flexibly in the early, late, weekend and holiday service. You are interested in sharing your professional knowledge with trainees and interns.
