Head of Enterprise Technology Enablement (m/f/d)

Strategic focus: As a department manager, your focus is on the strategic development of our workplace infrastructure, modern collaboration platforms and data-driven technologies. Future-oriented IT strategy & automation: You actively drive the paradigm shift in enterprise service management and process automation. You identify and scale use cases in which intelligent systems and modern automation solutions solve complex task chains independently and efficiently. Modern Workplace & Collaboration: You anchor forward-looking technologies (such as Google Gemini) deep into our collaboration platforms. The Workplace Experience group provides a powerful, modern hardware and software infrastructure that minimizes administrative burdens. Data Governance as a business enabler: Together with the Data & Analytics group, you make sure that our data platforms (Data Lake) deliver far more than classic reports. You establish robust data governance and make data available as a reliable, quality-proof basis for advanced analysis and AI models. Budget & Partner Management: As a strategic business partner for the top management, you have full budget responsibility for the department and tax technology alliances (including Google and Atlassian) to expand our technological advancement at GenAI economically and scalable.

A completed study of Computer Science, Business Informatics, AI / Data Science or a comparable qualification. long-standing, disciplinary leadership and management experience in a comparable position (e.g. Head of Digital Workplace, AI Strategy or Data & AI Enablement) in the group environment; a detectable track record in the introduction of generic AI strategies is desirable. You have extensive expertise in the design of modern workplace and cloud infrastructures as well as in the technology behind LLMs and RAG and know how Agentic workflows are implemented in complex structures in a value-creating manner. A deep understanding of Google Cloud & Workspace (Gemini) is a strong plus – alternatively, you bring the ability and motivation to quickly transfer your well-founded knowledge from other enterprise ecosystems to our Google world. With your strategic vision, you can see the difference between hype and real business value. You can sketch a roadmap that uses our high Gemini usage as a stepping stone for deep process automation. You communicate in German and English to the C-Level level and can convincingly convey the vision of an AI-empowered ''Workforce'.
