For our SOS Children's Village Oberpfalz we are looking for an early moment Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.) In our school day group we serve nine children from 6 to 12 years of age for five afternoons per week as part of a children's and youth assistance. The children live in their families, but show educational needs and therefore provide additional support and support in everyday life. Together, we create a structured group everyday, for children in their school, social and life-structural skills and accompany them in their personal development. At the same time, through regular consultations, we gain parents' educational competence. We work interdisciplinary in the team and are supported by our specialist services as needed. Our large outdoors as well as various game, sports and creative environments offer plenty of opportunities.

You create an everyday life that creates security through clear conditions, rituals and rules, and ensure a local atmosphere in which the children are safe and comfortable. To the children you build trusted relationships, accompany them in good shape, motivate, comfort and stand by them in difficult moments. With creative and playful leisure activities, you can offer children plenty of opportunities, including support for homework, to help children in their social, school and life-structural skills. You conduct regular consultations with the parents of the children in order to improve parental education and to transfer positive developments to the family. Â Â You work closely with the specialist service and contribute to the individual assistance and education planning of children and young people. You are conscientiously implementing the protection of children and responsibilities.

You have a degree as an educatorin or healer education teacherin or social educationin, childhood educationin or education scholarin or have a Master's degree with primary education. The education and development of children and young people are useful and valuable tasks for you. You like to work in the team, are helpful and it is important for you to pull on a string with others. You are a good lecturerin, listenerin, adventurerin, guidein and negotiation expert*in and love a varied group everyday. Your handling of the areas and distance to the representatives is professional.
