As Operational Care Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for coordinating transport activities: from the execution of the required bookings with our partners and gateways, through digital shipment recording, to the creation of the required transport documents. How to introduce yourself Operational processing of air freight export shipments using valid legislation (IATA DGR, aviation security) Issue of freight, customs and transport documents Disposition and timely coordination Carrier selection according to different aspects and purchase Communication with existing customers, suppliers and airlines Daily correspondence with our global network in English

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the public sector desirable Good MS Office knowledge Embossed organisational skills Team spirit, flexibility and commitment Good knowledge of German and English
