Care, education and education of children based on legal requirements and the framework concept of Kita Frankfurt with a 50% exemption for management tasks. Successful degree of study or training with the ability to conduct an institution according to HKJGB §25b. Multiannual professional experience as a pedagogical specialist or manager in early childhood education (0–10 years). Good knowledge of German, comparable to level C1 of the European Reference Framework (GER). Joy of leadership, spiritual flexibility and will open, respectful and stimulating to shape your own environment through systemic thinking and action. Very good knowledge of development and education processes and the management of innovative pedagogical work. Communication competence, enforcing ability, emotional stability and the ability to work intercultural and gender-competently. The desire to take part in educational debates and implementations together with the management of the institution and to shape the house together.
