• Customer support: As a friendly and competent contact person (m/w/d), you will process inquiries about our hosting products and questions about customer bills by phone, email, and chat.
• Customer orientation: With the help of modern technologies, you will ensure a high customer satisfaction by professionally answering both technical and accounting questions.
• Advice and sales: As a customer champion, you will recognize potentials to advise our customers individually and according to requirements and offer them suitable services. You combine advice and sales to a unique customer experience.
• Teamwork: You work with your colleagues in the team to develop new ideas and improve both our customer service and the billing area.
• Training: Internal trainings make you a professional in customer communication as well as in our product range and billing processes.
• Communication: You are a contact person for customer requests for billing and offer help to our products and communicate with the support team and other departments at the same time.

Qualifications

• Communication skills: You can communicate safely and safely by email, phone and chat. You master the German language very well in word and writing and have good English skills.
• Loadability: You do not let a hectic working day rest and see every customer contact as a chance.
