For our Service division we are now looking for a customer service manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) for our location in Wustermark near Berlin. It expects a newly built site only a few years ago. Our workshop is also one of the most modern in our industry in the Berlin/Brandenburg region! OVERVIEW Swecon Baumaschinen GmbH, headquartered in North Rhine-Westphalia's ratings, has been the leading importer for premium construction machines of the Volvo Construction Equipment brand since 2003 and Ammann's dealer in Germany since 2023. General responsibility for the customer service department at our location in Wustermark Discipline and professional leadership of nearly 40 employees, including disciplinary leadership of employees in the field of spare parts Responsibility for industrial training at the site (in cooperation with the workshop manager and training managers) Report line to the Regional Management Service for the East Region Responsibility for sales and costs for the service at the site Analysis and control of the customer service via all relevant key figures Support in the processing of complaints and decision of applications Budget planning for revenue, personnel and investments in coordination with regional and sectoral management Agreement of customer conditions and costing of service contracts Cross-functional coordination and cooperation with our new machinery distribution, rental and used machinery trading divisions Ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection

At least completed technical training, e.g. from the field of mechatronics for construction machines, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, motor vehicles Ideally, further training as a master/technomist or completed study, for example the degree programs mechanical engineering or mechatronics Insufficient and long-term professional experience in the agricultural and construction machinery industry or in the environment of industry-related investment goods, such as forklifts, NFZ, KFZ, cranes, work platforms or telescopic trucks Multiannual leadership experience from service/distribution Entrepreneurial and result-oriented action and thinking High level of customer orientation Strengths in communication and negotiation situations Solid English Knowledge in Word and Writing Sovereign application of ERP systems and MS Office applications
