Implementation of daily transport planning and coordination of loading and delivery to customers Implementation of the customer booking process (customers based in Germany) They act as contact persons for sales offices, logistics partners and customers to answer questions about the order situation, administrative bookings, customer requirements, sales conditions, documentation and IODs and thus ensure an optimal service level Monitoring and control of all Samsung deliveries Check options and conditions of express delivery Take corrective measures to forwarders if the agreed performance is not fulfilled. Monthly end volume peaks with all participants Analyze logistic bottlenecks and opportunities Translate logistical questions/problems into practical solutions Fix complaints/objectives Proactively act/inform customers about the outbound progress Back-up/assistance in support of other disciplines in the transport team Cooperation with transport service providers and warehouses

Logistics training (at least in common with logistics) At least 3 years of relevant experience Good Microsoft Excel knowledge Enforceable Personality Customer-oriented Curious, learning and proactive attitude Constructive problem solving capabilities Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good English in word and writing Ability to prioritize multiple enquiries and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Team player, building and maintaining close relationships with stakeholders
