The Evangelische Altenheimat – from summer 2026 PflegeHeimat – is a diaconic foundation dating back to 1874 and is now one of the major sponsors of the old aid in Baden-Württemberg. With around 1,200 employees and about 100 trainees, it operates 16 facilities and offers a wide range of services for older and needy people – from stationary care to prey accommodation to complementary offers. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for the development of the new business field at the next possible time in Stuttgart

In this newly created management function, you take on the construction and development of an outpatient supply area with several locations, report directly to the Executive Board and actively shape the future orientation of non-stationary supply facilities. You control the construction of sustainable structures, processes and teams and are responsible for the cross-site implementation of powerful organization and supply models. A special focus of your activity is on the development and implementation of innovative housing and supply concepts, in particular in the context of nursing and community housing, taking into account current legal framework conditions (e.g. § 92c SGB XI). Ensuring an economic, high-quality supply as well as the continuous development of the offers are also your responsibility. In close cooperation with the Management Board, internal departments as well as external partners, cost providers and associations, you are actively involved in the strategic orientation and positioning of the organisation in the area of new outpatient supply forms.

A completed study in the field of care, health or social management or a comparable qualification is the technical basis. Multiannual management experience, ideally in outpatient care, as well as sound knowledge in SGB V and XI are assumed. Experiences in building new outpatient care structures or projects, as well as a strong understanding of innovative care concepts, are a feature. You have strong leadership skills, in particular in the development and development of high-performance teams, and experience in cooperation with other management forces and in extensive control processes.
