Processing of incoming requests and creating individual and tailor-made offers

Complete order processing in the ERP system SAP S/4 HANA, including appointment monitoring and coordination

Processing of returns and creation of credits and direct debits

Close cooperation with the external service, for example in the pursuit of open offers

A successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman) or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in the sales service, ideally in a technical or industrial environment

Safe handling of MS Office

Customer orientation, self-initiative and joy in communicating team work
