Technical and organizational support of all secunet locations Contact person (m/w/d) for internal departments with regard to device-related requirements, disturbances and damage Project coordination for rebuilding and expanding office space and locations Selection, assignment and coordination of external service providers Planning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance, maintenance and renovation work Support of safety-relevant devices (such as intrusion detection system, access control systems, fire protection devices, etc.) Continuous control regarding compliance with legal requirements and cost-effectiveness Examination of offers, invoices and operating and auxiliary cost accounting

Graduated professional and technical vocational training, e.g. in the field of HKLS or electrical engineering, ideally with further training to the master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in a comparable function, as well as experience in the object management Knowledge of technical object management, building technology and technical building equipment Hands-on skills and a high level of team skills Organisational strength, self-initiative, enforcement Skilled in communication with external service providers Structured and cost-oriented action Valid driving class B and readiness to travel
