Your tasks:

• Measuring Business Performance by Collecting, Consolidating and Showing performance indicators
• Manage performance by supporting cross-functional exchanges of performance data, Cause analysis and recommended action with the aim of To enable decision-making
• Identify and promote improvement projects around Achieving performance goals
• show current performance in full transparency, new ideas and improve working methods and processes
• Self-employed, detailed analysis of performance indicators and proactive presentation at management
• Responsible for the introduction of the new integrated Performance Management Processes
• Detailed short- and medium-term resource planning
• Calculation of the corresponding headcount requirements of production up to on master level
• Creating all necessary information and presentations for the management
• Initiation and implementation of improvement initiatives

Your profile:

• Complete degree in engineering, Business, economics or comparable Qualifications

• Over three years of professional experience in the field:

• Controlling

• Finance

• IT/information systems

• Production planning and control

• Process improvement

• Good knowledge of project management

• Good knowledge of Python and SQL

• Knowledge in Google Workspace

• German and English skills
