You optimise digital shopping processes and bring fresh ideas You check requirements and ensure smooth operations You carry out supplier requests, maintain master data and accompany the complete source-to-pay process You advise specialist areas on shopping topics – always with a view to compliance You are the central contact person for suppliers and supports product group and vendor management You accompany the onboarding of new suppliers and deal with malfunctions in orders In short, you are the interface between processes, technology and strategy – and you have the chance to actively shape our digitalization.

You have a completed commercial training, preferably in the banking environment, or a study in BWL, VWL, economic engineering or a comparable qualification 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or service provider management are an advantage – ideally you already know digital procurement solutions like Ivalua or you want to work on these topics You work structured, independent and keep track of dynamic change processes Communication strength and professional handling of internal specialist areas as well as external suppliers characterize you You have an eye for details and make sure that processes and data quality are correct Hands-on mentality, high quality demands and a “Can-Do” minimum set are of course yours Very good German knowledge and good English skills complete your profile
