You work independently on the planning, implementation and preparation of specialist events, trade fairs and congresses. You serve your local events or support the team in carrying out complex event formats. You take over the organisational and administrative execution of your projects – from communication with service providers to invoice control to data management. You help to comply with regulatory requirements in the context of planning and to produce status reports for the project management. You act as the first contact person for your projects and are available for technical questions. You manage the event store including the organization of the returns of your projects. You keep your expertise up-to-date and actively contribute to the further development of our event portfolio. You support team-wide large-scale projects – especially in the organisation, appointment monitoring and budget control.

A successfully completed study in the field of event management, business management, marketing or in a comparable field of expertise forms the basis of your qualification. Alternatively, you will bring a well-founded commercial or event-related training – supplemented by multi-year professional experience in event or project management. You have practical experience in project management, especially in trade fairs and congresses. You have good knowledge of English (min. B2). A willingness to travel (in/outside) and a driving licence are of course for you. You are characterized by organisational skills, detail accuracy and the ability to control several projects in parallel. Your reliable, solution-oriented work and high quality awareness characterize your cooperation with partners. You react flexibly to new requirements. You will of course be able to develop and innovate.
