As a working student:in Process Management Network Connection (m/w/d) you support our team network customer processes in building a comprehensive process management: You model and document our network connection processes with a focus on home connection, building current and controllable consumables. You design and develop key figures for measuring process quality, process performance and user satisfaction. You research and analyze the impact of legal and political changes on our processes and customer groups. You monitor the progress of process optimizations together with the process managers and are responsible for reporting. You develop and accompany surveys to measure user and customer satisfaction.

A background that convinces. You are currently studying economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable study direction and ideally bringing together first experience in process management. You have fun analyzing, questioning, and driving optimizations. It is easy for you to take the customer's perspective, and you communicate safely - also across the team. Energy economic foundations are a plus, but no need.
