Your tasks at a glance: Interface coordination & communication: You are the central point of contact for SAPV teams, external nurses, logistics partners and customers. You communicate professionally and sensitively with patients and relatives in emotionally stressful situations. Database & Quality Management: You continuously maintain our internal system databases and take over the conscientious documentation in the QM system. Material & auxiliary organization: You coordinate the orders of required medical aids and consumables. Device management: You organize the logistics as well as the technical maintenance and functional testing of electrical pumps for the continuous infusion of drugs. Daily business & billing: You are structuring the administrative daily business, monitoring logistics processes and assisting in billing the tools. Process optimization: You actively support us in shaping our administrative processes and documentation processes more forward-looking and digital.

Qualification: Complete vocational training as a nurse for children / nurse for children (m/w/d) or a comparable nursing training must be provided.

Experience: Multiannual well-founded professional experience in the nursing or clinical environment; administrative knowledge or experience in the SAPV coordination are of advantage, but no need.
