In the student support of the Recruiting Center, we support executives in recruiting new student students and interns from numerous Allianz companies. At the same time, we are responsible for all HR-relevant processes and are the starting point of students for all questions relating to employment

This is what we expect as a HR specialist for student support (m/w/d) Talent acquisition: You support departments in finding new talents on our career side and external career portals Advice: You are contact person:in for executives and advises on working conditions of work students and intern:inside Contract management: You customise and manage operational topics such as work contracts to ensure that all legal and organizational requirements are met Legal certainty: You ask for a legally perfect implementation of the processing of new contracts and contracts of all kinds to ensure compliance Student Care: You take care of the needs of our students every day and so care for a successful employee lifecycle to ensure a positive experience Project work: You actively contribute your creativity and ideas to HR-related projects to develop innovative solutions and improvements

As HR Specialist for Student Care (m/w/d) Education: You have a successfully completed university degree or a comparable completed vocational training HR knowledge: You bring at least. 3 years of relevant professional experience in human resources, preferably in recruiting or personal care Labour law: You have basic knowledge of labour law requirements Own responsibility: You carry out tasks with a high degree of self-responsibility and you want to introduce your ideas Programs: You can handle MS Office applications safely and knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors are desirable Language skills: Your knowledge of German and English is reliable Artificial intelligence: You are interested in developing your knowledge in using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGP
